TOPS Chapter
TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is a non profit weight loss support group locally meeting weekly on Thursdays with weigh in beginning at 5:30 to 6:00 pm and meeting from 6:00 - 6:30 pm. Provides healthy programs, discussions, recipes, exercise, and incentives for weight loss with lots of support. TOPS is a national organization with over 10,000 chapters.

Fees/Admission
Sit in first meeting at no charge $28 per year includes very informative monthly magazine with no advertisement. $2 monthly dues help with prizes and other encouraging items for members.
